If you enjoy making kebabs or just want to learn how to break down a chicken to make chicken and waffles, a honesuki, combined with the knowledge of how to use it, is a great addition to your arsenal. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFor $150,\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e you will receive two chickens from a local, sustainable butcher to learn on and a $75 credit to you in-store towards your very own honesuki or boning knife.
