Love the new pot !
"Mushrooms simmering in sukiyaki sauce cook those shiitakes down over a low heat…. The ambiance of the pot is amazing toss in some cabbage and meat and your dinner is practically done - the Donabe bowl to the rescue. Only one problem I see is the base which is unglazed pot goes on a glass electric cooking top in this house not sure how to mitigate potential for scratches other than just not moving it…"
