Shelf Queen
"I originally purchased this as sometimes I buy unique knives especially from smiths that I have not heard off. I do use these knives from time to time and this was no different. I used it to slice cabbage on a Parker Asahi Cutting board. To my surprise, the blade edge literally resembled a serrated knife after slicing the cabbage. What was more surprising was that I was able to clean up the edge with only a ceramic homing rod. Needles to say, that was the first time and last time I will be using this knife and is now the only knife that I consider a “Shelf Queen”. Looks good in my collection though."
