"Really good looking knife, would recommend for those with large hands."
"This knife surprised me. The shape is perfect and I find this knife to be super versatile. Performance wise, it cuts beautifully. For my hands there's just enough clearance on the knuckles to use on a cutting board. Absolutely recommend for those looking at 150mm petty’s."
"I was excited for this knife but I like it even more than I expected. In my hand it is a perfect weight and balance. It has quickly become my most used knife. The crowned spine was an unexpected bonus! Love it!"
"I bought this knife to have something halfway between a paring knife and a small chef’s, and I absolutely love it. It holds a wicked edge, — I hone it maybe once a week and use it everyday — has a super comfortable octagonal handle, and the blade is perfectly tall enough for me to hold properly. It’s big enough to handle dinner prep, but small enough to do any delicate task you need it to. It patinas beautifully and is overall just delightful. A bit expensive as most nice knives are, but a very worthy investment! I recommend buying some board wax alongside this knife to keep it looking stunning."
