Perfect for beginners
"Purchased this great little grill about a month ago and have used it twice between snow storms in April. Im using a mix of Ogatan and Shirozumi Charcoal and getting good cook times for our use. The first time we cooked Yakitori skewers - Negima, Momo, Kawa, Tsukune, Hatsu, Sunagimo and tried some grilled Mackerel fillets. Second time we tried our hand with Chinese Xinjiang Lamb Skewers. Both times very successful cooks and easy to clean up afterwards. Even saving a little bit of the unused Charcoal for next time by dunking them into water. (Having a metal bucket full of water beside the grill is a must!) Once the source of heat is gone the design of the unit cools down quickly within 15 mins to the point where it can be handled. Inner box that holds the coals comes out with the provided handles and ash can be cleaned up. We just wipe down the rest with a damp cloth and remove any caramelized Tare. Easily goes back into its box for next time. Perfect size for my family of 3 and we can't wait to try taking it camping this summer."
