This is how you take your stropping to the next level. Think of this stick as a jewellers rouge, or polishing compound. It helps the tiny burr fragments left over from honing and shaving release, and leaves you with a silky smooth finish on your knives or razors. Additionally, it can bring your edge to a beautiful mirror polish!
Simply 'colour' the suede or canvas side of your strop with this compound and voila, it's now ready to go! We use Koyo compound on every strop, in every store for sharpening and honing purposes.

Easy to apply to the suede side using a simple crayon technique --- no oil or heat gun necessary. The strops look great. Maybe a little pricey, but the brick will last me many years. Highly recommended!"

- After using the suede side of the strop with the green compound, should the leather side be used? Or is the suede/compound combination the final step after using the white and black honing rods?
