Shuck and enjoy oysters with this classic oyster knife. Enjoy the nectar of the sea by cracking open shells and slurping down their insides.
The slim blades are these shuckers are excellent for shucking with precision but are less durable than some of the beefier shuckers out there. These knives feature a nice edge which can be easily re-sharpened, perfect for separating the abductor muscle from the shell, without scrambling the oyster.

Smokey Bay Seafood Company's Oyster Shucker is a precision tool for East Coast oysters, featuring a slim blade that is easy to re-sharpen. The handle is sturdy and comfortable, though the blade is less durable. Ideal for those who prefer a twisting motion to open oyster shells.

"The blade is too delicate and starts to curve after shucking a few dozen oysters…"
"I wanted to love this but unfortunately the handle was just not the greatest, the wood shrunk so the metal part was exposed and was sharp so I returned it immediately after purchasing"
"I shucked an oyster it took the blade with it and chipped around a half inch from the tip of the knife"
"Beautiful knife, love the wood and brass accents. Knife has a bit too much flex for me to feel comfortable attempting bigger EC oysters or pacific."
"My fave shucker!"
"Super rad design. Super comfy. Super brittle and the top half inch of the tip snapped off 7 oysters into a 500 oyster night. Loved the first six shucks I was in love. honestly made me go back to an old school Richard I remove the guard from and shape myself. I dont have photos to upload this was years ago. I still order from knife wear to remote areas of northern Saskatchewan. Not trying to Karen Hate. Just saying. Be Gentle. You get some of the huge ass EEL LAKES, you’re picking a lock not using a crowbar 😉"
"Really great oyster shucker!"
