About Goyon-Chazeau Tradi- Goyon-Chazeau is a family owned knife maker located in the heart of of France's steel manufacturing region. Since 1957, Goyon-Chazeau knives have been crafted with care and the desire to make cooking more joyful.
The Tradi line of knives was made to the specifications of the women who requested them for the purpose of making cooking for the community easier. "Everything is more enjoyable, always goes faster and is always better done when you're well equipped". The philosphy that fuelled the making of Le Grand Tradi makes it a true utility knife and indispensable tool.
