A robust dough scraper with a handle designed for great grip. Dividing and pulling together dough has never been easier! The blade is flexible and resilient, and if you have two, they work great to use on griddles! After use, wash the scraper with detergent and lukewarm water; do not leave it soaking in the sink. Wipe dry with a towel, and oil the handle when it gets dry.
