"Is my first time using natural stone , and it turns out awesome . You get a pretty fast result and a cloudy kasumi finish on the kiriha if you are. Sharpening the kiriha. For finishing the edge , it feels bitey but smooth like 8000 grit at the same time . Though I would hope that knifewear can provide more options like maruoyama or nakayama stones in the future."
