The Tomita Hamono Nisaku Namiba is one of the best bread knives I've ever used. The serrations are aggressive yet smooth, meaning it can handle tough sourdough with ease yet won't leave a mess of crumbs all over your counter. The offset handle make it perfect for those with larger hands, and the 420J2 Stainless steel blade is on the softer side, so quite rugged. With a beautiful polish and an elegant wooden handle, it's worth displaying in your kitchen!
