This knife saved my life
"As a prep cook I cut vegetables at work every single day. 40 peppers, 100 lbs of carrots, 20 lemons etc. I didn’t think I needed a rectangle until I bought this. My prep that previously took me 14 hours now takes 6. My coworkers used to make fun of me, now they beg me to help them with all their prep with this knife. I have ascended, and will be doing an unpaid stage at Noma, paying $2300 to share a studio apartment. Just kidding. I make slightly above minimum wage in a chain restaurant, in a very high cost of living area. But the knife is really good."
