Chez Knifewear, nous prenons l'affûtage très au sérieux ! Si vous êtes trop loin pour apporter vos couteaux en personne, il vous suffit de nous les expédier. Indiquez si vous expédiez depuis le Canada ou les États-Unis et nous vous enverrons par e-mail une étiquette d'expédition dans les 48 heures pour l'envoi de chez vous à chez nous.

**Veuillez noter que nous ne sommes pas en mesure d'aiguiser les lames dentelées.

Dès réception de vos couteaux, nous vous contacterons pour confirmer leur arrivée et organiser le paiement de l'affûtage et de l'expédition de retour. Nous acceptons toutes les principales cartes de crédit et les transactions Paypal.

Étape 1 :

Emballez votre couteau en toute sécurité dans une boîte, l'emballage d'origine est parfait. Assurez-vous d'inclure vos coordonnées dans la boîte afin que nous ne mélangions pas vos couteaux avec ceux de quelqu'un d'autre. Utilisez du papier journal ou du papier bulle pour maintenir le couteau en place. Fermez la boîte et secouez-la, si vous n'entendez aucun mouvement, vous avez fait du bon travail !

 

Étape 2 :

Enveloppez la boîte hermétiquement dans du papier. Ici, à l'atelier, nous utilisons du papier boucher.

 

Étape 3 :

Étiquetez clairement le colis et prenez soin de scotcher les bords déchirables avec du ruban adhésif d'emballage.

Maintenant, vous êtes prêt ! Rendez-vous à la poste et envoyez-nous vos couteaux.

I have some Wustof classic knives with bolsters which as you know are difficult to sharpen near the heel. Can you remove bolsters?
