Perfect Ravioli first time
"I’ve had many ravioli moulds and rollers during my cooking life. Some didn’t work at all, and some were disasters. I just received this mould today and first time use made perfect ravioli with minimal waste. This particular mould uses 1 teaspoon of filling. Make sure to flour the mould and you will have no sticking. Roller is perfect to seal. Obviously this mould was developed by someone who knew what they were doing."
