"Incredibly sharp blade, perfectly straight, no blemishes or issues on the blade, excellent craftsmanship. Excellent length for sushi, I wouldn’t recommend a shorter blade. The only issue is the untreated wood handle has become very rough from only a few uses, and could do with a proper sanding and even a light wood sealer. It’s irritating to hold and I can see the handle degrading quickly after the first year of use."
