Fantastic
"This knife is a no brainer if you are looking for a gyuto. Super clean classic look, insanely sharp and super strong. So sleek and sliced through carrots like butter."

"This knife is a no brainer if you are looking for a gyuto. Super clean classic look, insanely sharp and super strong. So sleek and sliced through carrots like butter."
"I love the sweeping shape to this gyuto. The handle is lightweight, so the weight is forward despite feeling very thin, especially towards the tip. The fit and finish are very nice with smooth choil and spine and a very even migaki finish. The sharpness is the standout feature though, bites into all different kinds of ingredients smoothly and reliably while retaining that edge with only occasional light honing. I’m sure it’ll need sharpening eventually but not for a while."
"Beautiful blade. Solid feel. Feels like a German knife in strength, but cuts like a Japanese’s knife."
"Just like the headline! Broke this knife out and let it work! It tore through everything without slowing down and wanted more! It could be a little thinner behind the edge but other than that it is a beast of a knife!"
