Knifewear Calgary is Moving, Fall 2026

It's time. We've been in the same spot in Inglewood, Calgary, for 18 glorious years. The space has served us well, but we outgrew it years ago, and it's time to move. 

In fall 2026, Knifewear Calgary will move one block East into a new space at 1406 9th ave SE; the new Knifewear megastore will be 300% bigger! The store will feature more of the handcrafted Japanese kitchen knives, chef-curated cookware, and sharpening supplies you know and love, PLUS a hugely upgraded knife-sharpening workshop and a MASSIVE classroom capable of hosting classes of up to 25 folks and 40-person private events.

We're extremely excited to share this news with you. While we don't have a firm date quite yet, we're already hard at work on the new space, and we'll make plenty of noise when the time comes (think big party). Without your support over the past two decades, this wouldn't be possible. Thank you, and see you in the new store!
