One of the best additions to my kitchen!

"Grabbed two of the 8 oz Chef Presses and the round one, and I’m obsessed. The 8 oz presses are perfection for fish - they are heavy enough to hold the fish flat to get an evenly crisp skin, but also delicate enough to not smush it. I prefer to toast my bread on a skillet and again, the even browning while not smushing the slice is amazing. The round press shines for quesadillas; you get that ideal, uniform sear across the whole surface area. I also love the versatility of being able to customize the weight according to the item being cooked. I am in love with the fact that they stack so neatly and now live in the drawer right next to the stove, and I'm going out of my way to make dishes where I can use them. Love a tool with minimal maintenance needs, and this one is super easy to clean - just pop right into the dishwasher and we're ready for the next meal. It's also built pretty sturdy, so I'm sure it's going to be a BIFL for me. Looking forward to expanding my collection with a few more of these. 10/10 recommendation!"
