"Great Class! - YouTube is a great place to learn but nothing replaces a hands-on narrated teaching experience with a live seasoned professor in a fun environment. Nowadays these types of learning occasions are so rare - it is a shame not to take advantage of them when they are offered. I enjoyed the session, came out with a rich experience and new skills, and got to BBQ the result of my own handiwork when I got home. Thank you Knifewear and thank you professor! Carlo"
