Banjo oyster knives are designed to make shucking easier and safer with unique handle construction and precision sharpened 2.5" stainless steel blade. The unique skateboard wheel-inspired handle design is perfectly ergonomic to make shucking easy and reduce wrist strain.

  • Handle made in Canada with either maple from northern New Brunswick or Australian buloke.
  • Never store your shucker in ice. Cold steel breaks easily.
