Produced by Motoshige in Shimane prefecture, this is a serious upgrade to the basic ceramic greater. The grating teeth are made from little bits of broken ceramic, and these sharp edges easily rip through daikon, ginger, garlic, or any other foodstuff you wish to make into a fine paste. The silicone base locks it to your counter, so you can grate for days!
