    This is it. This is THE knife bag. We took everything we loved about classic knife bags, and improved everything we didn't. This bag is exceptionally sturdy with rock-solid zippers. It holds ten knives (up to 300mm!), a honing rod, a TON of accessories including a Cook's Notebook, and you can even squeeze a mandolin into the outer pocket. Even when stuffed to the max, it doesn't feel too bulky. Give it a shot, it's awesome. 

    This bag is also small enough to fit in a backpack and won't take up too much space on the line or in a staff locker. It has a handle AND a shoulder strap. It opens like a book so you can see everything at once, and quickly find your gear without taking up too much space in the kitchen. It's also made with coated nylon, a water-resistant material that's super easy to clean!
