"I use the knife every day. I use primarily for fruits and vegetables. It particularly useful when dealing with preparing an apple for held hand eating. I use it to quarter the apple and then to peal of the ends of the apple further, coring the center of the seed core. This knife is very sharp so one can peel the outside skin of a vegetable or fruit with out cutting into the "meat" of the item one is peeling. A superior knife to the Pedros birds beak I was using previously. Very happy with my purchase"
